The Ötztal bike path, climbing gardens and the Tyrolean thermal spa AQUA DOME in Längenfeld complete the offer in summer. In winter you can reach the top ski areas of Sölden (10 km) and Gurgl (20 km) with the free ski bus, which stops 50 meters from the house. Winter hiking trails and the cross-country ski run start approx. 100 m behind the house.
